About Us

Entrepreneur Shelly Wilson is the past COO of Atlanta-based Chime Solutions, a privately held company specifically focused on contact center solutions for mid and large sized firms. In her role, Wilson had direct responsibility for the company’s Human Resources, Recruiting and Training Departments.

Prior to Chime Solutions, Shelly Wilson co-founded Ryle Teleservices along with husband Mark Wilson in 2000 as an outsourced customer care partner for a leading global research firm and transformed it into a provider of high quality, customized solutions for Fortune 500 corporations and mid-sized companies across numerous industries, as well as government agencies. 

Wilson has more than 20 years of experience in Operations and Management. Using her experience to lead several commercial expansion projects, Wilson developed an interest in real estate services and joined LevelELEven, LLC as CEO with the goal of providing excellent facility management services and advancement opportunities for minorities. 

A native of Ohio, Wilson, and her family live in Atlanta. She earned her degree in Microbiology at Howard University located in Washington D. C. In her spare time, she likes to travel, read, and spend time with her family which now includes two grandchildren.
